The old weight training axiom, 'no pain, no gain' may well be true. I had a comfortable eating week, however once again I was stable in the weight department.
No pain = No gain (no loss of weight).
Weight is still 237 as of Sunday morning.
I'm a bit short of time this week, so I won't elaborate on my adventures with son-in-law spending 3 nights (meaning evening meals) with me. As you might imagine, if you've been reading these Stomach Stretch posts, he's beginning to think I just use him as an excuse. Could that be correct??? It's certainly possible, but I won't admit it.
Hopefully, more detail with next week's Stomach Stretch Report.
