Has the EMSM (Elite MainStream Media) convinced you that the election is over for John McCain because the Democrat candidate has it wrapped up? The EMSM references and publishes polls that are designed to skew the projected results in a direction that supports their final goal, election of the Ultra-Liberal Democrat candidate, B. Obama.
As we've seen in the past, the 1948 election for President of the United States is a prime example (Chicago Tribune declared Dewey the winner), media folks and today their cohort liberal Democrats tend to get swelled heads; often having orgasms a bit prematurely. The EMSM culture is one that nurtures swelled heads, especially among themselves. Should B. Obama win, it will be due to the efforts of the EMSM and little to do with Mr. Obama himself.
Witness the war they waged for over a month against Sarah Palin until it's gotten to the point where mainstream America is brainwashed and believes just as the EMSM asked them to believe. The EMSM has their chests swelled over that apparent victory.
Recently it was reported that Sarah was caught standing in line at a local Wal-Mart buying baby diapers...obviously, she has nothing better to do due to the ass-whupping she's suffered at the hands of the EMSM! They've whupped her ass and taken her down to nothing. "Who cares what happened in Alaska lady; this is Big City USA and your kind just doesn't belong here. Go back to the boonies, you ignorant Redneck!"
It's amazing what can happen to a good interview after the studio crew completes their editing and massaging. And that's all the more reason to believe only what you see live. No one that the EMSM abhors has a chance against their Mass Slander. Even comedy shows follow suit. Ever watch Leno or Letterman! They use the same sledge hammer every night to pound the current victim into the ground; they just come at it from a different angle. Both are still on TV, so it must be good for ratings, especially among the liberals.
If you haven't figured it out yet, the point of this post is to remind you to go out and vote, 'cause as Harry Truman showed us all; it ain't over until the election process is complete. Even tho I'm mired in this blue state of Maryland, I will definitely cast my vote come election day. Make sure you fulfill your civic obligation and vote too.

great column. I remember this well. I was about 14 and television was new on the scene. We got our first TV then at my home.This newspaper came out and everyone was shocked because it was not true.Things had changed over night and Truman was the winner. Elita
